 Assessment Roll is Open for Examination and Open Book

 STATE OF WISCONSIN

Town of Theresa, Dodge County

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2026 assessment will be open for examination and Open Book will be held at the Theresa Town Hall at N8679 County Road P, Theresa, on:

Wednesday, the 9^th day of September, 2026 from

8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The assessor will be available at the Theresa Town Hall on September 9^th, 2026 during the above listed times. 

Appointments are recommended.  Call 920-322-3414 to reserve a specific time.  You may also contact the assessor any time before the end of the Open Book by email or phone.  Email is preferred.

Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.
